Some more views of the Katun river Our bus was definitely not the oldest one around If this bear would have said to me that it costs 10roubles to take his picture I might have paid him A very comforting feeling: these rocks do not seem to be secured whatsoever

Pulled over by the police; after a lot of fuss about our driver not having a licence, we were allowed to continue our travel to Akademgorodok Front view from my seat Novosibirsk to the left, Biisk to the right I can remember, but what was the third place mentioned on this sign? Inside the cafe where they had some troubles feeding the vegetarians: I ended up eating only two salads and dry 'boekweit'

Waiting for the bus (but in the wrong direction) These signs are probably obligatory like the 'plan evakuatii' in the hotels; but it didn't stop us from entering this gas station from teh wrong direction After a short night sleep, we went to downtown Novosibirsk again and saw this 'stop' sign at the train station The station is shaped as a steam train, but this is hard to see from this side (and apparently something went wrong with the picture from the front)

Do these fountains only run on Ivan Kopalla's day? Our guide told us to take a picture of this monument and send it to our German friends Roland and Volker
